Understand what a run asks you to do

Bedside Manner is a hospital horror escape game. You explore rooms, solve puzzles, open routes and restore generator power before escaping. The nurse-like phone warning introduces the danger, but progress still comes from completing the hospital's actual objectives.

Separate progress from an emergency response

A puzzle answer and a creature encounter demand different decisions. During exploration, concentrate on the clue or obstacle blocking your next route. When the creature threatens you, the developer's instruction is to kick it away or run. Trying to continue solving a keypad while ignoring that change in situation makes the run harder to manage.

Do not make a hiding-based plan. The experience explicitly says there are no hiding spots. That does not mean you should sprint without a destination; choose the route you want to reach, then use the survival action that helps you continue moving. A familiar corridor is more useful than a turn chosen only because it looks dark.

Choose the amount of coordination you want

Solo play lets you decide where to search without waiting for a group discussion. Playing with friends adds the chance to share clues and coordinate who is working on an objective. Neither option removes the need to solve puzzles or handle pursuit. Choose the kind of run you want rather than assuming friends automatically complete the difficult parts for you.
